At Noorevo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our refund and exchange policy below.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be sent back to us within 3 days of approval.

Note: Returns are not accepted for fragrances, innerwear, sale items, or customized products unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.


💰 Refunds

Refunds are offered in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong or damaged item.

  • The product is out of stock after you placed the order.

  • The order is canceled before it is shipped.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued via bank transfer or wallet credit (depending on your original payment method) within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Items bought during sale or clearance

  • Fragrances and hygiene-sensitive items

  • Customized or stitched products

  • Change of mind after order dispatch


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).

  • For damaged products, kindly share clear photos or videos with your complaint.

  3. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
